Applying for a Home

There are many ways of finding an affordable home. We build, own or manage various types of property, from sheltered accommodation to large family homes.
We try to allocate our properties in a way that promotes choice, meets housing needs and encourages the development of safe, sustainable communities.
We have a range of family homes, apartments and bungalows available for rent across Teesside, South Tyneside, Durham and North Yorkshire.
Any person, aged 16 years or over, who is normally resident in the UK, can apply to rent a home from us. If you would like to apply for housing, you will need to complete and return an application form to us for it to be considered.
This can be done by downloading a form from this website, or alternatively, contact our Customer Advisors on 01642 796200 (or Freephone from a landline on 0800 980 9050) who will arrange for an application pack to be sent to you.
However, if you download a form, you will need to provide the information requested in the page New Applicants when you submit the form, or your form will not be registered. You should also download the ‘Where do you want to live’ page and mark the areas where you would like to be housed.
