Endeavour is committed to customer care and expects our contractors to share the same commitment and we expect our contractors to:

  • Be polite and courteous
  • Behave in a professional manner
  • Respond positively to tenants complaints
  • Be respectful of you and your home
  • Produce ID when they visit your home
  • Not to smoke under any circumstances in or around our properties
  • Comply with confidentiality guidelines
  • Complete the job to a high standard
  • Comply with safe working practices
  • Aim to complete the job first time
  • Agree a suitable appointment

If you are dissatisfied with any of our contractors we would like to hear from you or if would like a particular contractor to attend to your repair can you please make us aware when you report the repair and we will do our best to arrange.
