Code of Conduct for Contractors
Endeavour is committed to customer care and expects our contractors to share the same commitment and we expect our contractors to:
- Be polite and courteous
- Behave in a professional manner
- Respond positively to tenants complaints
- Be respectful of you and your home
- Produce ID when they visit your home
- Not to smoke under any circumstances in or around our properties
- Comply with confidentiality guidelines
- Complete the job to a high standard
- Comply with safe working practices
- Aim to complete the job first time
- Agree a suitable appointment
If you are dissatisfied with any of our contractors we would like to hear from you or if would like a particular contractor to attend to your repair can you please make us aware when you report the repair and we will do our best to arrange.
