Step 1 - What Your Repair Involves

There are 5 Steps to reporting a repair using our online system:

  1. Choose from a list to indicate where the repair is located
  2. Choose from a list to indicate what the repair concerns
  3. Choose from a list of subjects for the repair
  4. Give details of the repair using the text box displayed
  5. Save the repair details and either send the information to us, along with your details or go back to step 1 to add another repair to your report
