Endeavour is currently working in partnership with Cosyseal Insulation Ltd, Wilson Street, Stockton, to survey and identify available grant funding to improve and upgrade the loft and cavity wall insulation to our older properties where possible.

Endeavour is committed to improving the thermal efficiency of its housing stock and letters have been sent to all residents living in our properties that we wish to inspect and we would therefore appreciate your co-operation by allowing access to your home to check the levels of insulation.

Energy fuel costs are likely to continue to rise and by improving the insulation standard this will improve the energy efficiency of the building, keeping you warmer and help to lower the amount of heating required in your home.
