Rent

Rent

We depend on the income from rent payments to continue to provide our high level of management, maintenance and repairs service as well as helping us to develop new homes.

Here are some facts about your rent:

  • Your rent is due every Monday - but you can pay anytime up until the Friday.
  • At the start of your tenancy, we will tell you how much your weekly rent is and if you are responsible for any additional charges. We will also give you a rent information card and a plastic payment card (sometimes called a swipe card). A new rent card will be issued to you every year.
  • We review your rent every year. If your rent changes, you will receive 28 days written notice of the new rent charges.
