Rent Statements
We will send you a copy of your rent account which provides details of the rent charged to you, any housing benefit that you have received and the payments you have made. This is called a statement and we will arrange for a statement to be sent to you twice a year. If you need some help to understand your statement or you would like a more up to date statement, contact our Customer Service Advisors on 01642 796200 (or Freephone from a landline on 0800 980 9050).
If you are having problems in paying your rent, your housing officer is there to help. You should get in touch with them as soon as possible to discuss any problems and arrange a suitable repayment plan. We can help you with your debts before they get out of control and we can put you in touch with other agencies that may be able to help.
