We depend on the income from rent payments to continue to provide our high level of management, maintenance and repair services, and also to help us develop new homes.
Most residents understand the importance of paying their rent on time, which we appreciate, but some fall into arrears. If you are having problems in paying your rent your Housing Officer is there to help. You should get in touch with them as soon as possible to discuss any problems and arrange a suitable repayment plan.
